My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, I found the service lacking, particularly when I tried to address some issues. The location is great for accessing local shopping and restaurants. While the hotel had a great location near the mall and offered a clean room, my experience was overshadowed by an unfortunate ant infestation and not-so-friendly service. I was really disappointed with the breakfast options as some items ran out. Overall, it's decent if you get a good price, but I wouldn't rush back.

I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn, largely thanks to the comfy beds and efficient service from Shelbie at the front desk. The only downside was the lack of ground-floor accessible rooms, which made my check-in a bit tricky. Still, the lobby was inviting with nice lemon water and breakfast had good options, making it a decent value overall.
